  • Overview

    The Supply Chain Systems Coordinator supports logistics and supply chain operations through coordination and oversight of all software systems. Key objectives of this role are to ensure all data within the WMS is update data, cooperate with the DCs in troubleshooting any issues found and going over any new enhancements with the personnel at the DC. This position will support all reporting requirements for hardware inventory, local change requests to any supply chain system and audits of these systems.

    Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

    • Work with CubiScan equipment to maintain up to date cube dimensions of all SKUs
    • Create new items based on requests from procurement and validate provided information
    • Audit SKU dimensions on a daily basis
    • Modify company or vendor contact information based on provided information
    • Create new customers and new store IDs as they are set to roll out
    • Modify store ranks as indicated by procurement
    • Work with local operations teams to keep sort sequence up to date and activate or deactivate locations as needed
    • Verify locations are set up correctly based on accessibility and capacity
    • Assist in updating locations from storage to pickable locations
    • Partner with the local Inventory Control team member and Operations team to maintain pick aisles in accurate standing based on placement of goods
    • Constant maintenance of replenishment/put-away policies
    • Continued maintenance of code tables
    • Weekly audit of users within supply chain systems based on weekly termination file

    Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities & Physical Requirements)

    • High School Diploma required; 2+ years of experience with a WMS system or related field
    • Required knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel and MS Word
    • Position requires a flexible work schedule
    • General IT Troubleshooting skills; Proficiency in determining problems with printers, PCs and general networking traffic issues.
      • Use of ticketing system in the past to document outstanding issues, organize workload and escalate issues to the appropriate internal groups to drive a resolution to a problem.
      • Familiarity with a Zebra label printer a plus
      • Scan gun maintenance and programming
      • Ability to provide 24x7 site support for the respective DC on an on call basis.
